Payment & Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery area

Delivery is within Germany and to the following countries:

• Austria
• Switzerland

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

We charge a flat rate for shipping 5.49 per order.

We offer free shipping on orders over €79.00.

For deliveries to German islands, we charge an additional Island surcharge of €15.00.

International shipments:

International shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• Austria: $9.00
• Switzerland $9.00

For delivery to foreign islands, we charge a Island surcharge of €25.00.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered:

• within Germany: in 1–3 business days
• to Austria and Switzerland: in 5–7 business days

Please note: No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
