Consumer Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

• in which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gold Heinrich GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 1/3, 89231 Neu-Ulm, Phone: +49 731 940 238 70, E-mail: info@goldheinrich.de) inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your revocation has been received by us.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or designation by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the delivery of digital content (e.g. voucher codes via email or as a PDF), if the performance of the contract has begun after the consumer has expressly agreed that the performance should begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed that they will lose their right of withdrawal as a result.
