Terms and Conditions for the Mother's Day Raffle of Gold Heinrich GmbH

1. Organizer
The organizer of this competition is Gold Heinrich GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 1/3, 89231 Neu-Ulm (hereinafter referred to as „Organizer“).

2. Period and Participation
The sweepstakes will take place from 05/07/2026 starting at 9 PM until 05/10/2026 at 10 PM. The respective participation period begins with the publication of the respective Mother's Day video on the Instagram and Facebook platforms.

3. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany. Employees of Gold Heinrich GmbH are excluded from participation.

4. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the contest, the following step must be completed on the respective platform:

Participation is free and not tied to the purchase of goods or services. Entry is solely by commenting on the Mother's Day giveaway reel/post within the deadline.

5. Profits
The prize will be presented on May 7, 2026, at 9 PM in the corresponding Mother's Day video. A cash payout or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize can only be collected in person at the organizer's location, Bahnhofstr. 1/3, 89231 Neu-Ulm.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen randomly using software. The drawing will be conducted as a screen recording and published on the platforms where the giveaway is running. The winner will be announced within 24 hours of the end of the respective participation period on the organizer's corresponding accounts in a story or post.
The winner is obliged to contact the organizer within 72 hours of the announcement and arrange an appointment to collect the prize. If there is no response within this period, the prize will be redrawn.
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM). In this message, the winner will receive a personal pickup code and will be asked to submit the information necessary for verification.

7. Data Protection
No sensitive data is collected for participation in the contest. Only the username on the respective platform will be used to determine the winner. The winner will be asked to provide contact details for prize collection, which will be used solely for this purpose and then deleted. For further information, please refer to our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer
The organizer assumes no liability for the availability of the Instagram or Facebook platforms or for any technical disruptions that could temporarily or permanently limit or make participation in the competition impossible.
2. The organizer is not liable for data loss, especially during data transmission, as well as for other technical defects or delays beyond their control.
The organizer is not liable for the unavailability of prizes due to incorrect or incomplete contact details of the winners.
4. Claims for damages against the organizer are excluded, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the organizer, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents.
5. The organizer is not liable for damages arising from the acceptance or use of the winnings. Liability for material defects or defects in title of the prize is excluded, unless the defects were fraudulently concealed.
6. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, or modify the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons if this becomes necessary for legal, technical, or organizational reasons.

9. Miscellaneous

The sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By participating in the sweepstakes, participants accept these terms and conditions.
