Terms and Conditions for the Gold Heinrich GmbH Advent Calendar
1. Organizer
The organizer of this competition is Gold Heinrich GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 1/3, 89231 Neu-Ulm (hereinafter referred to as „Organizer“).

2. Period and Participation
The sweepstakes will take place from December 1 to December 24, 2025. A new door will be opened each day, containing an individual prize. The respective participation period begins with the release of the corresponding Advent calendar video on Instagram and Facebook platforms and runs for 24 hours from that time.

3. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany. Employees of Gold Heinrich GmbH are excluded from participation.

4. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the contest, the following step must be completed on the respective platform:

Participation is free and not tied to the purchase of goods or services; it takes place solely by commenting on the respective competition reel/post with a favorite Christmas emoji within the deadline.

5. Profits
The respective prizes will be presented daily in the corresponding Advent calendar video. Cash payment or an exchange of the prizes is excluded. The prizes can only be collected in person at the organizer's location, Bahnhofstr. 1/3, 89231 Neu-Ulm.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winners will be randomly drawn using software. The drawing will be conducted as a screen recording and published on the platforms where the respective day's competition is running. Winners will be announced within 24 hours of the end of the respective participation period on the organizer's corresponding accounts in their story or as a post.
Winners are required to contact the organizer within 72 hours of the announcement and schedule an appointment to collect their prize. If there is no response within this period, the prize will be redrawn.
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM). In this message, the winner will receive a personal pickup code and will be asked to submit the information necessary for verification.

7. Data Protection
No sensitive data is collected for participation in the sweepstakes. Only the username on the respective platform is used to determine the winner. Winners will be asked to provide contact details for prize collection, which will be used solely for this purpose and then deleted. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
8. Disclaimer
The organizer assumes no liability for the availability of the Instagram or Facebook platforms or for any technical disruptions that could temporarily or permanently limit or make participation in the competition impossible.
2. The organizer is not liable for data loss, especially during data transmission, as well as for other technical defects or delays beyond their control.
The organizer is not liable for the unavailability of prizes due to incorrect or incomplete contact details of the winners.
4. Claims for damages against the organizer are excluded, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the organizer, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents.
5. The organizer is not liable for damages arising from the acceptance or use of the prizes. Liability for material or legal defects in the prizes is excluded, unless the defects were fraudulently concealed.
6. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, or modify the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons if this becomes necessary for legal, technical, or organizational reasons.
9. Miscellaneous
The sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By participating in the sweepstakes, participants accept these terms and conditions.
